DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we do! If you sign up for our mailing list, you will receive new product updates and be notified of any upcoming promotions. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing time varies on each order, orders processed within 2-5 days. Shipping time will be different than processing time. For more information please contact me at contact@evergreen.baby

 

WHERE IS MY INVOICE?

In an effort to stay green, we have opted not to include a paper invoice with your order. Please refer to your confirmation email for order details. 

 

IS YOUR PRODUCT SAFE?

Yes! We carry products that are made from eco-friendly materials and are specifically crafted with your baby's safety in mind. Please note that adult supervision is needed when products are in use. 

    

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. 

We know how frustrating this can be. In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We find in 99% of these cases that the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If package does not arrive within 1-2 days contact your local USPS to locate your package. 

 

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED 

If you received a damaged item in the mail, please report all damages within 24 hours. If the damaged is caused by Evergreen Baby, your item will be replaced in 5-7 business days. Evergreen Baby will not replace or refund any damaged items not caused by Evergreen Baby.
